This is a 53 minute recording on my findings, experiences, and research on plant consciousness. This is a huge topic here that goes deep, so I am just beginning to touch on this incredibly important discussion for folks who would like to begin to go deeper with this idea of communicating with plants. Starting with a grounding sound bowl meditation, we then continue on to discuss how plants can help us heal trauma and wounds stuck in the body, even when we are unconscious of this stuckness.
