Transformative Healing
Process, release, regulate, and come back to coherence.
Healing sessions are up to one hour and thirty minutes and include, a full body Reiki treatment, weaved in Craniosacral Therapy when needed, offering a deep state of relaxation, a sense of release and cleansing, crystal healing, flower essences, healing with Tibetan sound bowls placed on and off the body, tuning forks, and mindset coaching.
These sessions create a safe container for the client to deepen into self healing and working through trauma that may be causing physical pain or challenges. Reiki is gentle, relaxing and soothing for both physical and energetic bodies. Craniosacral promotes the natural, detoxifying, nutrient dense flow of the spinal fluid to all areas of the body, releasing tension in the fascia and allowing space for the body to self regulate.
Reiki supports overall well being in the physical and energetic body, helping to release old patterning and promoting self healing. Sound healing is mean to clear the mind, reducing mental chatter, and cleansing the body of incoherence so we can focus on healing.
When the mind is stressed we are holding tension in the body and blocking the natural energetic flow in our system. Placing the bowls on the body offers a cellular massage that is deeply grounding while realigning our spiritual, emotional and physical bodies. The bowls and tuning forks create order from the chaos of stress or emotional imbalance and bring the body back into coherence, and provide clarity while cleansing and reassembling cells.
During a session people typically experience alpa brain waves, which feels much like sleeping or drifting in and out of sleep. This state allows the client to access the subconscious mind more freely. This is when our egoic self is set aside and we can experience deeply healing in the physical body. Some known benefits from treatment include support for, stress relief, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sore muscles, acute or chronic pain, and those who generally are feeling ungrounded, foggy, or off-balanced.
