There is hope, and you will recover.

Narcissistic abuse leaves deep wounds, but there is a way out. You are not alone, and you are stronger than you know.

Having endured years of narcissistic abuse myself, I understand the weight of it—the confusion, the pain, and the toll it takes on your spirit. Through education, mindset work, and deep inner healing, I’ve reclaimed my life and created a growing library of support for others who are navigating this journey.

I’ve worked with many courageous women climbing their way out of the shadows of abuse, and along the way, I’ve learned profound lessons. One hard truth stands out: our systems, especially the family court, often fail to protect survivors and their children. This harsh reality infuriated me and fueled my determination to understand how and why these gaps exist. It also strengthened my resolve to help others find their way to safety, healing, and empowerment.

On this page, you’ll find an ever-expanding collection of education, resources, and tools to support you—whether you’re already separated from an abusive partner and working to rebuild your boundaries or just beginning to plan your escape.

As a society, we must do better. Abuse thrives in silence and misunderstanding, and it’s unacceptable that women and children—who form the heart of every home and community—are so often left without the support they deserve.

This resource page is just a starting point, a small but heartfelt offering to help you navigate this complex and painful issue. I will continue to add resources, including information on legal aid, advocacy, safe housing, and more. While many of these resources are Vermont-based, you’ll also find options from other states.

If you’ve found strong, reputable resources that helped you reach a safer space and are not listed here, please share them with me. You can reach out on social media or at mountainhollowmedicinals@gmail.com. Your contributions could make all the difference for someone else and will make this resource page stronger.

You are not alone. Together, we will heal and come back to our peace.

A Spell I wrote for you.

Use this spell when needed and as many times as you wish. You will need a safe space to burn a candle and some dried herbs. A space to ground, and focus. Set up a plate to place a small white candle on (it can also be a beeswax candle), sprinkle herbs for protection around the base of the candle such as Mugwort, Wormwood, anything with thorns, rose petals, rosemary, sage, or anything you have on hand that you can put direct intention into for this spell.

Before you begin, make sure you take a moment to ground yourself, clear your mind and focus on the intentions you are setting. Call in your spiritual protection and express your boundaries through commandments you say out loud. Make sure there is strong energy in your boundaries, so nothing can sneak through.

Light your candle.

Begin reading the spell. Repeat it as many times as it takes until you feel strong energy coming from you, that you mean the words you say, and you believe in the new boundaries you are setting.

Release yourself from the binds.

When all is done, let the candle burn all the way down, keeping an eye on it for safety. Remove all materials into your wood stove, fire pit, or another safe place to clear them from your space.

Blessed be.

Note: This spell was inspired by multiple spells I came across in my studies as well as my own words and thoughts all blended together to create one that felt correct for this purpose. Please use it, create more from it or share it with others in need of it.

Cord-Cutting and Protection Spell

By wound and lie, by pain and plight,

The scales of justice claim the night.

No curse I cast, no harm I send,

Only balance in the end.

With heart as steady as the moon,

And eyes that pierce the shadow’s tune,

Justice turns, and karma climbs,

Unfolding truth through ancient signs.

Evil narcissist, your cord I sever,

Your games dissolve; they hold me never.

By unseen ties, I’ve been undone,

But now I rise—the battle’s won.

(Draw the Reiki symbol CKR in the air or any protection symbol that speaks to you, chanting softly to amplify your intent.)

Boundaries firm, I stand my ground,

No longer lost, no longer bound.

My aura strong, my edges clear,

I walk with strength; I banish fear.

Through smoke and thorn, through blood and brine,

Dark goddesses, your power is mine.

Artemis, huntress, guide my aim,

Protect my path and shield my name.

By poison ivy’s binding might,

By datura’s dream, I claim my right.

Your power fades, your grasp is gone;

Through flame and ash, I rise at dawn.

My shield is strong, my spirit free,

As I command, so mote it be.

(Visualize radiant silver light surrounding you as an impenetrable shield, its edges sharp yet glowing with lunar energy. Place your hand over your heart and whisper a final affirmation, sealing the spell.)

“I honor my boundaries, I am whole, protected by earth, fire, and soul.”
