Advance Notice Requirements

  • 48 hours or more: Full refund available

  • 24-48 hours: 50% refund of session fee

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund available

  • No-show: No refund available

Policy Details

Due to the specialized nature of our healing work and limited appointment availability, we require advance notice for cancellations to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.

Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: You will receive a full refund or may reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice: A 50% refund will be provided. This partial refund policy helps offset the scheduling challenges and lost opportunity to serve other clients.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: No refund will be issued due to the short notice and inability to fill the appointment slot.

No-shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not provided any notice, no refund will be issued.

Emergency Circumstances

We understand that true emergencies occur. In cases of sudden illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Rescheduling
