Dandelion brings on resilience and the warm glow of the sun through the skin and is well known to reduce inflammation, aches, and pains. While Lavender soothes irritations and calms the nervous system as the oil soaks deep into the tissues. All plant material is from the gardens here at Mountain Hollow. All organic and lovingly cared for. This herbal body oil is thoughtfully infused in organic, cold pressed, non-gmo Sunflower oil.

Use in the shower, after bathing, or when needed if skin feels dry and needs rehydration. Before bed is a wonderful time to use this oil as it brings in earth’s frequency to ground and protect you in you slumber. Most tend to notice a deeper more restful sleep after body oiling before bed. Wearing flannel pajamas is recommended.
