This isn't a menu of à la carte services. It's one cohesive, start-to-finish process — designed so that every piece supports the next, and nothing falls through the cracks.
We start with a Discovery Session — a dedicated hour where we talk about your business, your brand, your customers, and what you actually need your website to do. Not just how it looks, but how it works for you.
From there, I design and build your fully custom Squarespace website — up to eight pages, built to reflect your brand with intention. Not a template with your colors swapped in. A real, considered design that looks like your business and no one else's.
Your site will include a complete e-commerce store or booking system, fully configured and ready to take customers or clients from the moment we launch. Payment processing, confirmation flows, product or service listings — all of it set up properly, so you're not cobbling it together after the fact.
Throughout the build, I'll offer copywriting guidance to help you shape the words on your site. You know your business better than anyone — I'll help you say it in a way that connects.
Before we go live, we do a full revision round together. You review, you share what you want to change, and we refine until it genuinely feels like you.
Then we launch together. You're there for the moment your site goes live. No waking up to an email saying "it's done." We do it side by side.
After launch, we move into your personal training sessions — two to three one-on-one Zoom calls built specifically around your site, your content, and the things you'll actually need to do. Not a generic tutorial. A real walkthrough of your real website, with me on the call.
You'll also receive a custom written reference guide — a simple, plain-language document tailored to your specific site so you always have something to come back to when you can't remember how to do something.
And for thirty days after launch, I'm available by email for questions, reassurance, and guidance as you settle in and start using your site on your own.

I believe you should know exactly what you're signing up for before you sign up for anything. So here it is, plainly.
Step one: We talk. You book a free thirty-minute discovery call. We get on Zoom, you tell me about your business, your goals, and what's been holding you back. I'll ask questions. You'll ask questions. By the end, we'll both know if this is the right fit — and if it is, we move forward.
Step two: I get to work. Once you're on board, I take everything from our discovery session and I build. I design your site with the care and intention that comes from twenty years of doing this — thinking about your brand, your customers, and how every page should feel and function.
Step three: You review. When the initial build is ready, I walk you through it. You see the full picture. You share what's working and what you want to adjust. We go through one structured round of revisions together until it's right.
Step four: We launch. We pick a launch date, we go live together, and your website is officially in the world. This is the moment everything you've been building toward becomes visible.
Step five: You learn. In the days and weeks after launch, we meet on Zoom for your personal training sessions. I show you exactly how to manage your site — how to update content, add products or services, adjust your booking availability, and keep things fresh. By the end, you know your site.
Step six: You're supported. For thirty days post-launch, you've got me available by email. Questions welcome. Nothing is too small. This is the window where you build real confidence, and I want to make sure you have the backup you need while you do.

I've structured this offering in three tiers so you can choose the level of scope and support that fits where you are right now. Every package includes custom design, e-commerce or booking setup, personal training, and post-launch support. The difference is in the depth and scale of the build.

Payment plans are available for all packages. Typically structured as fifty percent at the start of the project and fifty percent at launch. If you need something different, we can talk about it.
