Stay in the Tree House.

Stay the night in a treehouse for two.

Built with inspiration from a magical house on an island in Acadia National Park, this little octagonal treehouse is a cozy spot for two looking over field and forest in all directions. Located in the rear of our property at Mountain Hollow and nestled under a large maple and birch tree, this space stays cool under the shelter of the trees and is an amazing watch place to view wildlife.

Comforts include:

  • A full sized bed with a full bed set and extra blankets for two.

  • Stairs to get in and out with a door and screen.

  • Privacy curtains.

  • Basic toiletries and a jug of clean well water.

  • Solar and battery powered lights.

  • Access to our composting outhouse with all toiletries.

  • Access to our cold dunk trough for cleansing.

  • Fresh farm eggs and vegetable breakfast for two, with coffee or tea.

  • No wifi and minimal cell service, you can connect to service in the field behind the treehouse.

This is a rustic glamping experience and a great adventure if you are coming through Craftsbury for a short visit or attending one of our retreats. This treehouse is not handicap accessible or recommended for folks with challenging mobility. However it is a full nature immersion with an incredible view hidden in within the fields and maple trees. Occasional deer, hawks, and eagle sightings are common. This location is very quiet and restful.

Booking at $99 a night.
