Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness. It is sleep with a trace of awareness or conscious sleep relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is sleepless sleep and occurs between waking and consciousness and dreaming consciousness. The goal of Yoga Nidra techniques is the intermediate state between waking and the dreaming state. Yoga Nidra is restorative and healing. It is a deep relaxation state and guided visualization.
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but please dress warmly and bring what you need for comfort and warmth. The wood stove will be going and refreshments will be served.
