Please join healing practitioner and artist Maria Carvalho Sandoval for an immersive experience of sound and vibration.
We will gather Sunday April 5, just two days before the Full Moon, to connect with our deepest selves and call upon the power of Grandmother Moon. This workshop will be restorative, healing and creative.
Maria will lead this meditation with her voice and the steady rhythm of the sacred drum. We will journey into our forest within, to meet guides and find gifts from Great Spirit. We will rest our bodies and connect with Source.
Through gentle movements we will awaken our senses and expand our perceptions. Inside of this healing space we will channel creativity, passion, inspiration and self-love.
After the drum journey we will spend time writing, drawing and painting to express and integrate our experiences.
Art supplies will be included. Please dress warm and comfortably. Floor seats, yoga mats and blankets are provided as well as tea and refreshments. Please bring anything extra you may need for comfort.

This journey will be led by Maria Carvalho Sandoval founder of Fire Bird Art House. Maria is a Jewelry Designer, Sculpture and Fiber Artist, Reiki Master Practitioner, CranioSacral Practitioner, Massage Therapist, and Ceremonialist.
