Join Diana in the yurt for an evening of sharing and working through our dreams while mending magical symbols to invoke healing.

Diana will be guiding the group through decoding reaccuring dreams or current dreams that may need guidance and analysis. Our dreams are subconscious reflections of our current state of emotions as well as guidance into what we may be going through. We can usually find some inspiring and helpful answers when decoding our dreams in a safe and supported atmosphere.

We will also be weaving in some hand work to add a therapeutic practice alongside the healing that comes with working in the dream realm. Diana will offer some basic techniques for embroidery (no previous experience necessary) and simple mending techniques for clothing, in particular children’s clothing. How to mend holes on the knees and minor tears and rips. Some additional ideas for embroidery is to stitch a healing symbol that has come to the surface from your dreams. Something to remind you of the healing messages from your subconscious.

This gathering is meant to be casual, relaxing, joyful, and healing as we connect through our dreams and create healing through our mending. This event with occur monthly throughout the summer and you can continue to return to this practice or just join us one time.

In the weeks before this gathering please take a bit of time to record any prominent or important dreams that you have experienced and bring them with you.

Recommended supplies for this class if you do not already have them:

A starter embroidery kit which will supply you with all the tools necessary to begin mending.
Or a small or medium sized embroidery ring, some linen blend fabric, a needle, and thread.
A journal, pencil and pen for recording your findings in your dreamwork.
Anything such as a pillow or cozy blanket to offer you extra comfort.

Evening snacks, hot tea, or cool herbal drinks will be offered for all attendees.
