Nourish Your Body With Movement

Summer in Vermont is exciting and it can be really fun to jump into busyness, doing all the things that come with warmer weather.  But if this collective Covid pause has taught us anything, it’s that deep connection to self and taking time out for nourishment is essential to our emotional and physical wellbeing.  Join me for a monthly JourneyDance at Mountain Hollow Medicinals.

This will be a time to connect deeply with your body, move stuck energy, restructure your cellular understanding of self, and nourish your body, mind and spirit.  Following the flow of the seasons, each month we will connect with a different earth energy, both internally and externally. JourneyDance is a time to tap into your own flow and move forward from this place. It's a time for deep acceptance, love and compassion for yourself right at this moment.  Envision it like a date night with yourself, where you can gaze into your eyes, and hold your own hand the entire time.

What is JourneyDance?

JourneyDance is a semi-guided freestyle dance experience that follows a rhythmic flow. It's an invitation to your body to move in its own expressive way, in community, in deep groundedness, for the purpose of physical and emotional release. It's fun, deep, transformative, grounding, and connective.

Sliding scale $20-$30

*This series may also incorporate aspects of Breathwork and Sound Healing.

Journey Dance is facilitated by Anna Crytzer from Sweet Fire Healing.

Hey, I’m Anna.
I love music, dancing, deep conversations, energy healing, nature, family, fire, stories, moving my body, community, keeping it warm and snuggly, intensity, healing work, and personal growth. I believe that dancing is a powerful way to know yourself. It allows us to feel into those areas where we hold tension and create a new internal conversation. It’s self expression. It’s healing. It’s something many of us feel self conscious about. It’s an edge. A growth area. It’s wild abandonment and much needed fun. It’s tender and vulnerable. It’s beauty in motion and an expression of joy. And anger. And grief. And all the multitudes of emotions that we store in our bodies. I believe that dancing helps us heal. And it’s for everybody. Each and every person out there.
