On the level of the individual spirit or soul calendula essence opens our hearts to receive spiritual light, to receive the words from another with that same receptivity and warmth we experience in the Calendula blossom. Calendula flower essence is an excellent healer for human relationships, for cultivating receptivity and empathy. Rather than be wounding or cutting in our communications, Calendula teaches us to touch each other gently and profoundly with light and warmth of our words with compassionate communication.

With every essence I make, I dowse with a rose quartz pendulum as a helpful tool to be in communication with the plant. This allows me to ask the plant which bloom is to be used and how many blooms. I don't always need to dowse but I find it so helpful in terms of focusing in on plant communication. I always ask permission and exchange in gratitude and love.

The water that all my essences are made with are infused with reiki and blessed with intentions for healing, compassion, and love. Water has consciousness and memory just as minerals do, so our intention is heard and infused.

All flower essences are made in a 1oz spray bottle a 50/50 dilution of vodka and local spring water, vegetable glycerin, an essential oil of choice, a healing stone within the bottle such as rose quartz, and flowers from the gardens here at Mountain Hollow. Spray essence on self when needed, clothing, linens, or in spaces which you feel you need more support. You may even keep the bottle near you and the energetic vibrations will effect your space without opening the bottle. Flower essences are a dilution gentle enough for children and pets.
