Angelica is known for her support in creating strong boundaries. Most people who are unaware of her healing properties fear her in the garden. She is often confused with giant hogweed which is found along the boundaries of rivers and swamps. There are 60 species of Angelica and the species in my garden is not poisonous (Angelica Archangelica) and has been used to make jams and other foods throughout history.
