This one of a kind pickled chanterelle recipe will not let you down. This is not only an incredible addition to a dinner with family and friends, these chanterelles can be used in pasta, salad, and various side dishes. The mushrooms are ethically harvested from the forests near our home. Chanterelles come back in large flushes every year here in the region where we live.

Each half pint jar is filled with, organic non-gmo olive oil, wild harvested chanterelles, garlic, vinegar, thyme, a chili pepper, bay leaf, coriander, salt, and peppercorn.

Keep refrigerated, to use remove from the fridge and let the oil warm at room temperature before adding to a meal or side dish. When done return to the fridge for storage. When refrigerated properly these mushrooms will keep fresh for two to three years.

Refunds are not available for this product as once the bottle leaves the apothecary it is not reusable and deemed contaminated.
