Limiting Beliefs.

May 2018

I want to share with you some of my *limiting beliefs and my thoughts on how to shape shift them into something that no longer holds me back. I am sharing in hopes of the chance you may resonate with this. Our thoughts create what we are surrounded with, people and places. Limiting beliefs are what we create in our minds to hold us back from what we may think we are not capable of. The following are some of mine:

*I don’t have time.

Believe there is time, make time, flex with time.

*There is too much going on.

Go with the flow, relax in the flow, trust the flow.

*Lack of confidence in my voice, hesitation and fear.

What I can share is important and will be heard.

*Fear is real and valid.

Fear is only a catalyst for growth and nothing more.

I write these down whenever I can and then add the antidote to the limiting believe. Practicing this has helped me tremendously. I also wrote once that we are our own medicine and I believe we are. We just need to know it’s ok to be vulnerable and share that vulnerable stuff with those we feel safe with. I chose this image of my daughter because she inspires me to see the world in a positive light, to be freer, lighter and just flat out joyful.
