Tina Ghantous explores approaches to support one’s important work in the world through science and wisdom traditions. Knowing that there is not a one size fits all approach to health, inspired living, and longevity, she teaches yoga as an accessible path of empowerment, healing, and connection to the natural world. Her teaching style is trauma informed, and draws on precise alignment principles, philosophy, healing traditions, art, and her background in dance. Tina has been studying yoga for more than 25 years, and has been offering classes and workshops for ten years in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. She is currently training in Somatic Experiencing as well as pursuing a masters degree in mental health, where she bridges the therapies of mind and body. She finds yoga to be an invaluable tool for surviving motherhood and long Vermont winters.
