In this episode I get to talk about Burdock (Arctium lappa) and all of the amazing ways this plant is such a good herbal ally for so many of us. I enjoyed my plant meditation with Burdock so much, the green emerald color of the tea from the roots, the super unique energy and curiosity, and the tremendously powerful support this plant offers for my body.

I also touch upon my own journey with learning, understanding, and holding more safe spaces for Trans and Non-Binary folx at Mountain Hollow and also using gender neutral language and learning from plants about gender as well. I share this as I am moving through trainings on how to be better at this and become more educated and release more and more limiting beliefs.
