In this episode I talk with Anna Crytzer, certified Journey Dance instructor and facilitator at Mountain Hollow this summer. Anna has many years of experience in many types of dance and has currently been studying energy medicine and how that weaves into movement as healing. Anna and I talk about what Journey Dance is and how is can support healing on many levels for all types of people. As I spoke of in this episode, Journey Dance has helped me loosen a rigidity and resistance in my body that comes from trauma and the general experiences growing up in the New England.
