The Spirit’s Haven Gathering is held in a potent, healing, safe container guided by the energy of the land and the intention of its priestess Diana and co-creators Sarah and Anna. This is a day for you to dive into your authentic, powerful self with women you have much in common with. A time to expand and evolve your clairvoyance while obtaining grounding methods and tools to walk forward on your path.
The land at Mountain Hollow offers spaces to rest, to take breaks in the tea house, to merge with the gardens, eat your lunch on the porch or in the maple forest.

9:30 am - Opening circle, introductions, intentions, safe space, honoring the land at the wheel with Sarah, guidelines, logistics, questions, opening mandala with potent psychic and balancing plants with Diana, followed by a grounding exercise with Anna.
10:30 am - Spirit guide empowering meditation with Sarah Young followed by discussion, shares, and questions.
11:30 - 12:30 pm - Lunch, rest break, walk the gardens, mingle
12:40 pm - 1:10 pm - Hara with Anna
1:15 pm - 2:15 pm - Plant consciousness initiation in the herbal garden: learn how to work with plants in a deeply healing way, tapping into plant consciousness….using plants for spiritual and energetic boundaries. Rituals around boundary work.
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm Tools to use in your everyday to enhance intuition
Diana - dreaming as a tool for psychic work and self healing - journal prompts
Sarah - the clairsenses and how they support your work
3:45 pm -4:30 pm - Grounding movement with Anna
4:30 pm-5:00 pm - closing circle, offerings to the land, gratitude, grounding, a time to reflect

Sarah Young - Founder of Spirited Places
Sarah is a psychic medium, clairvoyant artist, Tarot reader, intuitive development coach and owner of Spirited Places. She is passionate about normalizing the psychic and intuitive senses and experiences with the spirit world. A lifelong scholar, she is knowledgeable about linguistics and history (especially surrounding religion, spirituality and divination). She aims to be a friend, a safe space, and a compassionate listening ear to all who may have no one else in their life to talk to about spiritual or psychic experiences.
Anna Crytzer - Founder Sweet Fire Healing
Anna is a heart centered healer and educator. She helps people get into their bodies through dance and energy work. Her goals in life are release, deep connection, and finding joy and pleasure in ourselves and our bodies. She loves movement, intentionality, and creating safe spaces. Anna is a certified educator, JourneyDance facilitator, and 450 hour energy healing master.
Diana Gonsalves Hansen - Founder Mountain Hollow Medicinals
Diana has spent over 20 years of her life studying shamanic practices as well as energy and lightwork. Diana is a certified Reiki Master and Dreamwork Analysis Coach. She is also is a certified sound healer, Cranial Sacral Therapist, Green Witch, Mother, and Spirit Weaver. Diana begins her third year training at the Gaia School of Healing & Earth Education and continues to share the potent magic and transformative healing that the green world offers.
