Group Biofield Tuning with Alicia

Join Alicia Dragon from Snow Fire Healing in an immersive vibrational healing experience. Alicia will give an overview of Biofield Tuning for the group, explaining how this sound therapy technique uses tuning forks to detect and correct imbalances in the body's energy field. She'll demonstrate the uniqueness of different forks and their specific frequencies, walk through what a standard session is like, and use the pendulum to identify areas within the group biofield where collective energy would benefit from alignment during the group tuning.

Biofield Tuning works on the principle that our electromagnetic field contains our emotional history, and targeted sound vibrations can help release stored tension and trauma. Alicia will guide the group into a deeply relaxing meditative state and intuitively read the energy of the community to bring balance, harmony, comfort, and hope into the collective. During the session, she will also relay any images that appear in her third eye, as her guides send visual messages to pass on to participants for validation and clarity.

Benefits of Biofield Tuning:

  • Releases emotional and energetic blockages stored in your biofield

  • Reduces stress and anxiety by harmonizing your nervous system

  • Improves sleep quality and enhances mental clarity

  • Supports relief from physical discomfort and chronic conditions

  • Facilitates a deeper connection to your intuition and inner wisdom

  • Creates a profound sense of balance and wholeness

  • Strengthens your energetic boundaries and personal resilience

After the tuning, Alicia will encourage reflection and journaling to integrate the experience and welcome questions from participants. We will open our hearts to a morning of love and preparation for a summer of growth and transformation!**

Please bring a yoga mat or small blanket to lay on, a journal/pad of paper, and any other comfort items you wish, such as a pillow. Light beverages will be available.

$25.00 per attendee. Space limited for 10 individuals.

Not a Yoga Retreat with Corrina Snow

Body Awareness Method: Begin a new relationship with your body

Movement, Meditation, Writing

Oh my god, it’s time for you, love. No mani-pedi or massage is going to cut it. No weekend with the girls. Nope. We’re past that.

Body Awareness Method is excellent for you if you want to release anxiety and overwhelm, reconnect with yourself, understand and process grief, trauma, anger and ignite your inner spark again

Start a new way of feeling in your body. Ditch the shame, judgment, and critical voice.

De-stress your mind and take the time to connect with yourself without worrying about anyone else.

We’re bringing you back home. Instead of numbing out, try tuning in—into your senses, into nature.

When you’re anxious and stressed out, everything sets you off. Your kids yelling, traffic, your boss says one wrong thing, your partner looks at you the wrong way. And you’re making yourself (and probably your family) crazy. You know you’re passing down this anxious energy to your kids, and it’s starting to show.

I want you in the garden.

I want you barefoot.

I want you writing down your dreams.

If you’ve forgotten about the good things in life,

I want you tasting the sweetness of herbal tea.

If you’ve been overwhelmed by caring for someone else,

It’s time for you to take off the 2-ton backpack, exhale, and come home to yourself.

If you’ve told yourself, “I’ll get to myself later,”

Well, later comes when you’re dead. We all know that.

No one but you is going to make this happen.

What is pressing enough for you to take de-stressing seriously?

You already know that your stress and anxiety need to go down.

You know that your nervous system needs support.

But... do you actually know what will help?

This is where I come in.

Your body is whispering to you (maybe actually it’s shouting and jumping up and down too).

But—are you listening?

Do you know how?

A bit on Corrina…

I have hustled until my body contracted to a place of non-function, and I have made the mistake of listening to my mind for years before I hit rock bottom and made some major life changes.

For 10 years I ran a clinical practice rooted in Chinese Medicine. During this time, I treated and educated clients,  but one thing became very clear to me; without healing our beliefs and our trauma, even the most on-board client cannot truly HEAL if they are not healing past beliefs, trauma, and rewiring their mind.

No self-care or treatment plan can take hold if the client has not rewired their own beliefs about healing and taking care of themselves.

It was when I began adding mindset coaching to my healing protocols that I noticed a huge shift.

Healing with Flower Essences Certification

Healing with Flower Essences Certification

Join Diana in her lush perennial and medicinal gardens at Mountain Hollow to make your own flower essence and be enlightened by the philosophy and history of working with the energetic properties of plants. We will discuss topics listed below:

  • how essences work and why

  • essences versus homeopathy

  • how to choose an essence

  • dowsing for an essence

  • communicating with plants

  • how plant energetics work within our energetic body

  • how to make an essence yourself

  • how to infuse with minerals

  • how land is medicine

  • how to make a land essence

We will make a flower essence together from the gardens here at Mountain Hollow, and learn how the dilution process works. Everyone will leave with an essence to begin working with.

We will also discuss dosage and the many ways to use the essences once you have them. Also relevant resources and links to further your knowledge and deepen your practice if you wish to do so.

Within the discussion of this workshop we will be talking in depth about the land around you, where you live or work and how the plants in that space are medicine for you. We will incorporate the ancestral indigenous knowing that all dis-ease stems from a lack of connection to nature and the plants, and practices to support you in deepening your intuition and listening to the plants around you.

Cost $287, includes an essence to take home, a course booklet with all information and resources,  a printed certificate of completion and refreshments from the gardens. Please bring what you need for note taking.

Facilitating this class is Diana Gonsalves Hansen, Owner and Founder of Mountain Hollow Medicinals. With over a decade of Flower Essence making and communicating with plants to understand how we can ethically partner with plants for healing, for Diana this class is incredibly important work in connecting others to the practice of working with plants, flowers, and land in such a deep way. Flower Essences have been a true support system for Diana in her personal life as well as her healing practice in working with others. Over the years of working with reconnecting people to the plant world, Diana has witnessed transformational healing time and time again. This is a practice that Diana is so honored to teach and pass onto others to continue this in their life for themselves and their loved ones. The gardens here at Mountain Hollow have been tended to with a deep devotion and love so the plants here are eager to do the work along side us.

Kirk was powerfully drawn to singing bowls 23 years ago, attracted to the power and beauty of the rich, ancient tones. 10 years later, he witnessed how singing bowls resonated with and elevated his own spiritual and healing journeys, so he decided to learn how to apply this to his own life and to help others.

Since then, he has assisted thousands of people on their own healing journeys, bringing great joy, relaxation, pain relief, emotional release, spiritual upliftment, clarity, and empowerment. He is honored to use and share this sacred gift.

Tea & Tarot with Spirited Places

This is a no-pressure environment for all levels of experience where you can ask any Tarot questions you have, practice reading the cards for others, and receive readings in return. We will begin by discussing ways to shift your consciousness and open up before a reading with a short, grounding guided meditation. Then we will pair off and form small groups and practice giving one card readings to each other.

Sarah will be available throughout to support the group and answer any questions that come up about certain Tarot cards, what they may mean when they show up in a reading, how the art of your deck may relate to the ‘traditional’ meanings and how you can read the cards intuitively without needing to know the intended meaning.

Tea and Tarot evenings are held as close as possible to the ancient Celtic calendar quarter and cross-quarter days. Sarah will give some history of each one and discuss divination practices that may have been used on those days. We will honor nature and the spirit of the day by creating a small themed offering to the land at Mountain Hollow each time. Light refreshments provided in the form of nourishing snacks and delicious herbal tea will of course be available and fancy china teacups to sip it from!

$30 per person. Please bring your Tarot deck and a cloth for laying your cards on.

Sarah will have extra decks for you to use if you don’t have one.

New Tarot decks, Sarah’s Major Arcana Tarot journal, and other useful tools will be available for purchase.

Reiki 1 Attunement with Kelli Borgman

Reiki 1 Attunement with Kelli Borgman

Do you feel there is an ‘essential missing ingredient’ to your life on a personal or emotional level?

Do you want a current toxic situation in your personal or professional relationships to come to an end, and yearn for a fresh perspective and improvement in your most foundational relationship- the one with your true self?

Are you feeling a general sense of your life path being unresolved, or a lack of clarity about your true calling or path forward?

Do you want to feel more confidence, clarity or sense of peace around setting and reaching your goals related to health, finances, &/or relationships?

Are you a healthcare student/professional or therapist who would like to layer a profoundly effective, simple add-on to your client offerings, as well as avoid career burn-out?

Are you aware you have a long road to recovery/healing, and you need a system and daily practice to rock your world for the better?

A personal Reiki practice is a lifelong foundation and skill set to resolve any and all of these issues, and can quietly and quickly shift your energy patterns, your perspective, your health, and your ability to attract what you truly want.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key-) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It was discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. Reiki is administered by ‘laying on hands’ and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki is a very simple yet powerful technique that can easily be learned by anyone. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words- Rei and Ki. (Source: Rand, WL. 2005 Reiki: The Healing Touch)

There is a growing body of clinical research and evidence on the effectiveness of Reiki as a healing tool. Studies show reiki can help:

  • Emotional stress, relaxation and sense of well-being

  • blood circulation

  • anxiety and depression

  • burnout

  • improving range of motion

  • surgery and chemotherapy, chronic pain

Reiki 1 is a day long training that will reveal all the basic reiki techniques in order for you to build a self-practice, as well as prepare you for Reiki 2, which carries forward techniques learned in the first level in order to practice on others.

A few things you’ll obtain and learn during Reiki 1:

  • Reiki’s history and origins

  • Reiki’s five precepts for living in harmony with yourself & others

  • Reiki’s five essential elements of daily practice

  • Reiki as a way of life and practical tips on how to integrate it

  • Reiki’s powerful symbol to call on whenever you need foundational support

  • Reiki’s essential hand positions

  • Ancient energetic and emotional healing principles to help you understand how Reiki works

  • Resources for further discovery and self-healing

  • Four attunements into the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage

We are personally and collectively experiencing a quickening of the evolution of human consciousness, as well as the awareness of how we are all connected. Energy healing and mind-body medicine are no longer controversial and have entered the mainstream. Ancient techniques and indigenous wisdom is under the threat of being co-opted and used for selfish gain and spiritual bypassing.

We can all do our part in communicating and connecting to our own unique truths and paths of remembering who we really are into the collective conversation, no matter our culture of origin. Reiki is one powerful and simple way to use ritual to ground into Truth, relax into clarity, live simply and be part of the expansion of light in a world that can be confusing and disheartening.

This very special class is hosted and assisted by Diana Hansen of Mountain Hollow and is a requirement for Kelli’s Reiki Master Teacher Certification. Please join us in the yurt for a beautiful day and a healing experience. Class will run from 10:30 am - 3pm, with a one hour lunch break (plant based, gluten free, and dairy free lunch options avalaible.)

You will receive an instruction manual and certificate of completion, as well as a journal to jot down notes and reflect on attunements and meditations.

$444

Customized payment plants available upon request, please email Kelli at kelli@compassionaterootswellness.com for more information.

Tea & Tarot

Tea & Tarot

Tea & Tarot is a no pressure environment for all levels of experience where you can ask any Tarot questions you have, practice reading the cards for others, and receive readings in return.

This turn of the Wheel of the Year, the Tea and Tarot evenings will be held as close as possible to the ancient Celtic calendar quarter and cross-quarter days.

Please make sure you choose which date you are attending during registration.

Master Chakra Training Weekend

This 2-day (16 hr) course is designed for practitioners with fundamental proficiency at utilizing bronze singing bowls for healing and are looking to take their practice deeper.

This is 2 days of self transformation, giving and receiving, and expansion of your healing toolbox.

Over the years of working with reconnecting people to the plant world, Diana has witnessed transformational healing time and time again. Guided Plant Meditation
May

Guided Plant Meditation

This event is a gathering for those who wish to connect deeper to the green world. This meditation will be guided and safe space will be held in order to dive into the practice of speaking, and experiencing transformative healing with plants. Together we will dip into the energy and consciousness of an individual plant. Today we understand that everything is made of energy, and that energy is consciousness. This consciousness has information for us to experience and understand and when we can tap into this we can receive this information.

Diana will be guiding the group into a peaceful meditative state with tools such as blessing herbs, the drum, and sound bowls. Once we are in this aplha theta state Diana will teach you how to communicate with plant spirits in a way that you receive unique information needed for your own healing journey.

The plant will be chosen as to which one gives us permission and wants to come forward for the group. All plants used will be generally very safe and nourishing, and do not need to be ingested. Diana will also offer a tea made very lightly, again to practice safe herbalism, as the tea can bring you deeper into the healing with this plant that can generally work with you for up to two weeks afterwards. Meaning in the dream time, emotional upheavals, transformative healing, deep relaxation, and an overall sense of feeling connected and loved by Gaia.

Some of the things you may gain during and after a plant meditation:

  • A more expanded consciousness to the plant world

  • Specific uses and medicinal applications of the plant

  • An understanding of how to ID the plant correctly

  • A unique and personal message just for you

  • Guidance from the plant spirit on what you may need at the time

  • A wider understanding of the plant and its uses

  • A deepening of your intuition

  • A heightened awareness of the natural world around you

  • A practice that you can take with you into the future.

Weather permitting we will be inside the yurt or out in the gardens.

Please bring a journal and something to write with so you may record your findings.

Books and resources will be available for those to look through in order to begin to find medicinal information about the plant of choice.

Exchange is $45 per person

This gathering is Facilitated by Diana Hansen, Creatrix and Founder of Mountain Hollow Medicinals. Moving through her third year at the Gaia School for Healing and Earth Education, she now feels it is time to share this practice and teach others to come to a deeper and life changing relationship to plants and therefore their gardens and land. Monthly Reiki Share
May

Monthly Reiki Share

Reiki share, also known as Reiki circle or exchange, is a gathering of Reiki practitioners who participate in group Reiki treatments on each other by each attendee taking 20 minutes on the table to receive. The main purpose for the Reiki share is to give and receive Reiki in a safe, casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, positive energy and devotion.

A Reiki Share consists of many healing hands on one person at a time. One person lays on a table while the participating practitioners gather around that person, laying their hands upon them and channeling a massive flow of Reiki energy into that person. This can be a wonderful opportunity for the practitioner to practice their skills while conversing and learning from each other and sharing findings from sessions in discussions between sessions.

Group energies are often very strong and can be more penetrating than individual sessions. This type of Reiki treatment is a wonderful and often profound experience. Diana will guide the group through intention setting, creating boundaries, and holding space for each other for each attendee to feel relaxed and held during our time together.

Some of the Benefits of a Reiki Share include:

  • Hands-on experience for those wishing to practice more and hone their skills

  • Gives practitioners the chance to connect and learn from each other

  • A safe container to receive hands on healing from fellow practitioners

  • Guidance, support & advice for new and seasoned practitioners

  • The means to intensify and improve the flow of your own Reiki energy

  • The chance to meet people from a wide range of backgrounds and caring professions

  • Experience powerful treatments that are beneficial, as the Reiki comes from multiple people simultaneously

These monthly shares will be located either in the farmhouse apothecary healing space or our sacred yurt space which provides an incredibly powerful healing space as well as the tools we need to support this practice.

These Reiki shares are led by Diana Hansen, Independent Reiki Master Teacher, founder and creator of Mountain Hollow Medicinals. With over a decade of Reiki practice and certifying practitioners from all over New England, Diana offers an incredibly healing space with much knowledge to share on the ethics, safety, spiritual boundary work, history, philosophy, and way of life that Reiki offers.

Dreaming & Mending

Do you want to dive deeper into the subconscious messaging your spirit is trying to tell you?

Dreaming and Mending combines a creative practice with subconscious healing to weave a powerful experience in mending the mind, body, and spirit.

Dream Healing Analysis is for those who need support in decoding their dreams and getting to the root cause of an issue they need to process and clear away. We store emotional issues and imbalances in the body, and it is common to receive messages from our higher selves in the dream time. Dreams are messages that we can learn from and this process can be very healing.

This monthly practice is a sacred container to create unique and creative stitch work without any pressure.

Embroidery relaxes the mind, releases stress and anxiety offering a sense of grounding and focus. This kind of hands on activity allows our brains to rest, rejuvenate, and recharge a bit from the noise of the world. The effects of brain rest include a sense of joy, feeling lighter, able to move through the day easier, lessening pain and tension in and around the head, neck, shoulders, and even the lower back.

Each time we gather there will also be a container held to receive dreamwork coaching and analysis from Diana. This kind of dream analysis allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the messages coming from your subconscious mind. Attendees can share dreams that have perplexed them in the past, dreams they are struggling with or are causing fear and/or anxiety, dreams that felt like visits from spirits, dreams that felt like premonitions, and more. Dream circles such as this gathering can offer major shifts and connectivity in dreams from the past that were challenging to understand.

Just a few things you will obtain and experience:

  • Foundational embroidery practice

  • Beginner stitches for mending and creating imagery

  • A creative practice that supports balance in the mind

  • Embroidery materials — embroidery hoops, 100 color threads to choose from, aida cloths, and cross stitch tools, needles, and more

  • Supportive coaching through your dreams

  • Deciphering symbolism in the dream time

  • Relevant resources on embroidery

  • Relevant resources on dreamwork

  • Deepening your relationship to your dreams

  • Practices on conscious dreaming

  • Boundary work in the dream space and in life

  • A newfound understanding of your dreams as gifts from the subconscious

  • Tools in which to continue to work with your dreams to continue your healing journey

  • A private online space to continue the discussion in the weeks between our meetings

  • A hard copy of Diana’s Reflections of the Subconscious Journal.

$187 per session

All materials included.

About your facilitator...Diana is a master dream walker who guides many through the meaning of their dreams as well as facilitating healing in the dream space. Diana supports others in understanding what their dreams are trying to tell them, how to understand these messages, and cultivate a deeper connection to self healing. Diana has walked through her own dreams since she was a very young child. Over many decades of practice and honing her skills she has learned to use her dreams as messengers on her healing journey, as a connection to ancestral realms, healing for others and herself, communication with those in the spirit realm, and as a way to navigate the unseen.

I feel myself giving into healing this week and don’t think it would be happening without the sewing project to be the container to hold space for myself.

Working with these bowls can provide clarity and relief from physical pain as it cleanses and reassembles cells. They support anxiety relief, release of tension and emotional blockages to come back to a centered self.

Join Diana for a 45 minute guided meditation with five sound bowls out in the big tent or in our beautiful yurt. The bowls may or may not be placed on your body as you rest. Herbal tea will be served. A yoga mat and blanket will be provided. Please bring extra blankets, soft layers, a pillow, a flashlight, and anything that you can use for comfort and warmth to lay down on the floor.

Exchange is $55 per person, this intimate healing experience is limited to only four people so please register quickly as these fill up fast.

A bit about your facilitator.
Diana is a certified practitioner from the International Academy of Sound Healing with over six years experience in healing sessions and on body work with tibetan sound bowls. Bringing the bowls into Diana’s practice was essential in supporting and working with folx who have suffered small or big trauma and need support physically and emotionally. Diana has seen great outcomes, responses, and incredible shifts during and after sessions.
