We’re bringing you back home. Instead of numbing out, try tuning in—into your senses, into nature.

When you’re anxious and stressed out, everything sets you off. Your kids yelling, traffic, your boss says one wrong thing, your partner looks at you the wrong way. And you’re making yourself (and probably your family) crazy. You know you’re passing down this anxious energy to your kids, and it’s starting to show.

Workshop Details

What: Movement, meditation, writing: Body Awareness Method workshop to initiate a new relationship with your body

Who: For women (all identified) 18 and up

Children and pets: So you can focus on you, we ask you leave children at home. Please do not bring animals

Arrive 10:45-11am Arrival and grounding

Refreshments and snacks and light lunch will be provided

Movement, meditation, solo writing, 1:1 and group guidance, Core Body Awareness Method Practices,

1:1 guidance and individual focus provided for each participant

A bit on Corrina…

I have hustled until my body contracted to a place of non-function, and I have made the mistake of listening to my mind for years before I hit rock bottom and made some major life changes. 

For 10 years I ran a clinical practice rooted in Chinese Medicine. During this time, I treated and educated clients,  but one thing became very clear to me; without healing our beliefs and our trauma, even the most on-board client cannot truly HEAL if they are not healing past beliefs, trauma, and rewiring their mind. 

No self-care or treatment plan can take hold if the client has not rewired their own beliefs about healing and taking care of themselves. 

It was when I began adding mindset coaching to my healing protocols that I noticed a huge shift.
