Journey into the profound landscape of your dreams with intention, wisdom, and community.
In the heart of autumn's transformation, when the veil between worlds grows thin, we invite you to step into a day of deep dreaming exploration. This intimate retreat is designed for those called to understand not just what dreams are, but what they can become—powerful allies in self-healing, consciousness expansion, and inner discovery.
A Day of Sacred Exploration
Nestled on our serene 5-acre property surrounded by fields and forests, you'll spend your day in our cozy yurt, warmed by a crackling wood stove, and nourished by a farm-to-table lunch in our historic 1850s farmhouse. This is more than a workshop—it's an initiation into a deeper relationship with your dreaming self.
Morning: Foundations of Dreamwork
Begin with gentle arrival rituals and nature connection before diving into both the foundations of understanding dreams, and the timeless art of dreamwork. Learn why dreams matter and how to work with them as tools for healing and growth.
Midday: Plant Wisdom & Integration
Experience a guided initiation into dreaming with sacred Mugwort, a plant ally revered across cultures for its ability to enhance dream recall and consciousness. Share in community as we explore dreams that need support and deeper analysis.
Dream Circle: personal dream shares for basic analysis and how to reflect on your own dreams
Afternoon: Consciousness & Healing
Develop practical skills for maintaining awareness and boundaries in dream space, followed by an elemental sound bath designed for subconscious healing. Close with intentional community sharing around nourishing food.
Optional Add-On: Sleepover & Morning Dream Circle
Sleep over in the yurt, on the property, or commute back in the morning for a farm-to-table breakfast and group morning dream share. We will examine shared themes from our individual dreams and have an opportunity to practice dreamwork in real-time together.
